1. Where we ship from
Your order is dispatched by our fulfilment partners and delivered to your door by a local delivery partner in Australia or New Zealand.
2. Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders.
3. Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time at our Tracking Page. It can take up to 3 business days before the first tracking update appears.
4. Taxes and import charges
Prices include GST where applicable. You will not be asked to pay any extra import charges on delivery.
5. Your delivery address
Please check your address at checkout, including your house or unit number. Need to change it? Email us before your order is dispatched and we will update it. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you and offer to reship it or refund the item price.
6. Delays and lost parcels
We are responsible for your parcel until it is delivered to the address you gave us. If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, we contact the carrier and keep you updated. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, we send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
7. Tracking says delivered, but no parcel?
Please check your letterbox, parcel locker, reception, and with neighbours or others in your household. If you still cannot find it, email us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier, request the proof of delivery, and find a solution with you.
